| Roofing & Insulation Supply opened the doors of our first locations in 2000. We opened 7 locations in 5 cities within 60 days of our company becoming incorporated. In the Spring of 2007 we opened our 16th location. By developing a strong allegiance with our main supplier, Owens Corning, we have been able to succeed by selling the brand recognition of the Owens Corning product line, along with our dedication to servicing our customers in each market. By gaining share with existing customers and converting new accounts, we have continued to successfully grow our business each year. We are a privately held company with our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. This serves as an administrative location with all daily distribution activity occurring at each branch. Each day our branches receive material from our vendors and ship it to our customers' warehouses, job sites, or building center locations. Our branches are responsible for sales, logistics of material delivery, billing, payables, credit and inventory management. To continue our growth plan, we have developed a Management Training Program to train new employees in all aspects of our sales and operations fields. Our 5 year strategic plan is to build a national network of branches managed by a strong Regional Vice President Team, to lead our entrepreneurial branch manager focused organization. Back |
