Sprague Mullikin
President
Sprague Mullikin graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Marketing. In 1970, he started his 38 year building material distribution career with Owens Corning. Over his 23 years at Owens Corning, Sprague had numerous assignments including sales, marketing, operation and branch management. In 1993, Owens Corning sold their Supply Division to Cameron Ashley Building Products where Sprague joined as Regional Vice President. In 2000, he left Cameron Ashley as Executive Vice President to form Roofing & Insulation Supply. Through his vision to create a premier distribution business, his leadership has helped grow Roofing & Insulation Supply from the 7 original locations to 16 locations with 2006 sales exceeding $100 million.Dick Lantz
Executive Vice President/General Manager, Midwest Region
Dick Lantz is a seasoned building material industry executive with over 33 years of experience. He joined Roofing & Insulation Supply in August 2005 as Vice President and currently is Executive Vice President of the company. He is also the Regional Vice President for the Midwest Region. Dick began his career with Owens Corning, where he enjoyed over 29 years in numerous sales and marketing positions. His last 8 years with Owens Corning were spent in senior management leading various business divisions. Prior to joining RIS, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Beacon Roofing Supply in Washington, DC, a building material distributor with over 150 locations nationwide. Dick holds a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University, where he is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Kelley School of Business. Matt Nafziger
CFO/Controller
Matt has spent his entire career working in Operations and Finance in the distribution industry. Matt joined Roofing & Insulation Supply as an original shareholder when the company started operations in June 2000. Prior to the creation of Roofing & Insulation Supply, Matt was an Operations Controller for the western US with Cameron Ashley Building Products since October 1997 and Operations Manager and Controller at 3 different locations with Cameron since May 1996. He has extensive experience in analyzing and improving operational efficiency in the distribution industry. Matt holds a B.S. in Public Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University. Bob Doyle
Regional Vice President/General Manager, Eastern Region
Bob Doyle has over 30 years of building materials experience. He began his career with Owens Corning in distribution sales. During his years in the industry, he has led sales, marketing, supply chain, operations and manufacturing organizations. From 2000 to 2005, Bob was Senior Vice President of Therma-Tru Door Co. where he led the North American Sales and Product innovation teams after successfully leading the operation team to record performance. Prior to joining Roofing & Insulation Supply, Bob was Owens Corning’s VP/GM Residential Insulation North America. He has a proven track record of successful performance in virtually every assignment he has had during his extensive career. Bob holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. Nick McClintock
Regional Vice President/General Manager, Southwest Region
Nick McClintock spent the first segment of his career with Owens Corning. During his 33 year tenure at Owens Corning, he held a variety of positions from Sales to Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial and Industrial Division, as well as Vice President and General Manager of the Residential Roofing Division. He joined Roofing & Insulation Supply in 2006 as Regional Manager and currently is Regional Vice President for the Southwest Region. Nick holds a B.A. in Marketing from North Texas University.Paul D. Regional Vice President/General Manager, Southeast Region
Paul D. Smith began his career with Owens Corning and has been in the roofing and insulation manufacturing and distribution business for 24 years. During his career, he has held positions including Customer Service, Sales, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager. After spending 10 years with Owens Corning, he went to work for Cameron Ashley Building Products when Cameron Ashley purchased the supply division from Owens Corning. As Roofing & Insulation Supply began its start, Paul became one of the original shareholders. Today he is responsible for 6 branches as the Southeast Regional Vice President. He holds a B.B.A. Business Administration from Mississippi State University. Back |
